At Navy Federal, I led the redesign of the New AVP program, an in-person training workshop that supported new-to-role AVPs. 

The original content for this training program was designed by a third-party vendor. I attended one of the first sessions of the program and got to observe how learners interacted with the content. I then made recommendations on how to enhance the current content and made recommendations for changes. 

I then led the initial redesign, creating a new schedule for the training program and actioning my recommendations for content changes.

Launched company's first 360 Review Process for participants   

At Automox, I fully designed the company's first ever leadership training program, focused on the director-level employees within the company. I worked closely with the company's executive leadership team (including the CEO) to identify the needs for this level audience. I then fully designed and facilitated he training program that focused on business communication, managing conflict and business acumen. 

As part of program, I also launched the company's first 360 Review process. Program participants received feedback on their leadership styles from their own leader, direct reports and peers through personalized results. Program participants than utilized that feedback to create a personalized development plan.
