At Navy Federal, I led the complete design of a brand new training program to support new-to-role People Leaders who managed other leaders. This included designing all training materials, learner resources and facilitator guides.

This program was utilized across the enterprise and was designed to be facilitated both in-person and virtually. The program also had self-directed elearning courses of all modules to help support remote employees and those with limited time to direct to training opportunities.

The program focused on developing skills in organizational leadership. The trainings also focused on key skills such as strategic communication and managing change and made heavy use of roleplay scenarios to allow learners to gain experience practicing using these skills.

This new program was designed to align to the company's newly launched leadership model competencies and to be a scalable program for a global company that operated in an in-person / remote hybrid workstyle.

I served as the program lead, designer and facilitator for Navy Federal's new high potential development program, supporting qualified Managers and Sr. Managers to help prepare them for executive-level leadership roles.

I led a through needs analysis of the organization, conducting stakeholder and customer interviews across the org to identify the key behaviors and skills needed for the targeted audience to help prepare them for executive-level leadership.

I then led the creation of a pilot learning experiences, tied to our top identified competencies and led the full program launch to test and refine learning experiences. These pilot experiences spanned modalities (in-person and virtual) and utilized key vendors (including eCornell and the Center for Creative Leadership).

I also served as the designer and facilitator for an internally developed one-day in-person workshop on Leading Transformation. This was designed in partnership with our Enterprise Change Management team and designed to align to company expectations of enterprise change management.

In order to measure the alignment of the pilot learning experiences, I developed a comprehensive measurement plan, which is designed to help inform future program offerings. These pilot experiences will conclude in 2026 and will inform future program design.
