New to Leading People Training Program
Instructional Designer 

Audience: New-to-role people leaders of individual contributors (company-wide)
Modality: In-person, virtual and fully self-directed e-learnings

At Navy Federal, I led the complete design of a brand new training program to support new-to-role People Leaders who managed individual contributors. This included designing all training materials, learner resources and facilitator guides.

This program was utilized across the enterprise and was designed to be facilitated both in-person and virtually. The program also had self-directed elearning courses of all modules to help support remote employees and those with limited time to direct to training opportunities.  

The program focused on developing core skills in people and operational leadership. The trainings also focused on key skills such as feedback, coaching and conflict management and made heavy use of roleplay scenarios to allow learners to gain experience practicing using these skills. 

This new program was designed to align to the company's newly launched leadership model competencies and to be a scalable program for a global company that operated in an in-person / remote hybrid workstyle.

Leaders as Coaches Training Program
Instructional Designer 

Audience: Tenured first-line people leaders
Modality: Six session virtual training program
Curriculum Highlights: Coaching, Powerful Questions, Mindsets & Reframing, Coaching Practice Lab 

At Navy Federal, I led a full redesign of the company's Leaders as Coaches training program. This program was for tenured first-line people leaders that helped them to develop and practice their coaching skills through a cohort based learning experience.

My work included taking a 12-module program to a 6-module program, redesigning all training materials, creating facilitator guides to bring in the company's Delivery team and enhancing the program by incorporating scenario based coaching roleplays.

Manager Development Workshop Training Program
Instructional Designer | Facilitator | Program Manager

Audience: First-line people leaders and leaders of leaders with less than two years people management experience 
Modality: Five session virtual training program
Curriculum Highlights: Feedback, Coaching, Leading 1:1s, Myers-Briggs Leadership Profile, Managing Through Metrics

At Endpoint, I fully designed the company's first training program for people leaders. This included designing all training materials and facilitating sessions for three different cohorts. 

This program focused on people leaders with under two years of experience (some who also led other leaders) and focused on developing core fundamental leadership skills in coaching ,feedback and managing teams. 

Over half of the people leaders at Endpoint participated in the program and the cohort experience allowed learners to build cross-functional working relationships within a company that had multiple office locations across the US and operated in a hybrid workspace.

This program also included a session on the Myers-Briggs personality types. Learners completed a self-assessment to determine their personality type and completed a group session to review their personality type through the lens of leadership to determine their strengths and potential opportunitites.
